These are called paper rolling. We start with a 10inch length and 1/2 cm width strip in a coloured a4 paper. Then start rolling from one end to the end and glue it tight or maybe if you want you could just let it loose so that it opens and becomes a bigger roll. And then you could paste it anywhere you want to.
